As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone and email
Generate new business leads and sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
Follow up on enquiries and sales leads
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
Provide regular updates and sales reports to management

Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience preferred
