| Description: | We are recruiting for an exciting newly created Head of Sales & Marketing opportunity with an award-winning luxury care provider operating across home counties. This is a key strategic appointment created to support continued growth, occupancy performance and the ongoing development of the group's sales and marketing function. The organisation has an excellent reputation within the sector, with a portfolio of high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care homes, including several Outstanding rated services and further developments planned. The Role As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the group's commercial sales and marketing strategy across a portfolio of 9 homes, with a particular focus on driving occupancy growth within newer luxury developments. You will oversee the existing marketing function, support and mentor home-based CRMs and work closely with the senior leadership team to develop creative and commercially focused initiatives that strengthen enquiry generation, conversions and brand presence. This role would suit a commercially minded and relationship-driven individual who enjoys autonomy, creativity and working within a collaborative, non-corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
