The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Newton Abbot, supporting a portfolio of hospitality customers.
This is a varied and customer-focused role where you will build strong relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to grow and develop accounts. You'll play a key role in retaining customers while acting as their trusted partner within Elis.

Experience in account management, sales or customer service
Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities

A positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
Driving licence essential
Experience within hospitality or a service-led industry is beneficial but not essential.

Manage and develop a portfolio of hospitality customer accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the main point of contact
Drive customer retention through proactive account management
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
Monitor account performance, analyse trends and provide insights
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
Support pricing reviews and ensure commercial viability
