Our leading and reputable client is currently seeking an Technical Sales professional to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis. The Technical Sales Executive role involves engaging with customers via phone and email, supporting their needs, and following up on quotes and sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and support customer requirements via phone and email.
Proactively follow up sales opportunities and leads.
Assist customers and colleagues in identifying the correct products for their applications.
Contribute to the design and specification of sound, lighting, and video systems.
Key Skills and Experience:
Well suited to someone from an events or sales background with experience of AV equipment
Knowledge of audio, lighting, and visual products.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
