Lead a High-Performing Used Car Division
We re currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi-site used car operation across Norwich and Diss.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager looking to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, with responsibility for driving performance, profitability and customer experience across a fast-paced retail environment.
You will be joining a forward-thinking business that values strong leadership, operational excellence and a clear focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and driving performance across a multi-site used car operation
Managing stock control, vehicle preparation and pricing strategy
Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across both sites
Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings
Working closely with senior leadership to deliver divisional objectives
What We re Looking For
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role
Strong background in used vehicle operations is essential
Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
Structured 5-day working week (Monday to Saturday rota)
