National Account Manager / Commercial Manager Wiltshire Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced National Account Manager looking to take ownership of one of the UK's largest retail accounts? Our client is a leading protein processor supplying major retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth and ambitious commercial plans, they are looking to appoint a National Account Manager / Commercial Manager to manage and develop their Tesco relationship. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected food manufacturer where you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, category growth and long-term customer partnerships.
The Role Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will:
Manage and develop the Tesco account
Lead customer negotiations and annual joint business planning
Deliver sales growth, profitability and strategic objectives
Work closely with Operations, Technical, NPD and Supply Chain teams
Analyse market trends, customer performance and competitor activity
Identify new opportunities for product and category growth
Build strong relationships across multiple customer stakeholders
About You We're looking for someone who has:
Proven National Account Management experience within food manufacturing
Experience managing major retail accounts, ideally Tesco
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building capabilities
Ability to influence both internally and externally
Passion for delivering growth and exceptional customer service
