Duties of a New/Used Car Sales Executive: - Sell new and used cars, accessories, and add-on products, including finance and insurance packages
- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals
- Prospect for new customers through telephone calls, attend product launches, and participate in dealership events
- Manage and update the enquiry database efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation, administration, and dealership housekeeping
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about latest offers and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team success
Requirements of a New/Used Car Sales Executive: - Proven experience in a car sales role or strong customer service background with a targeted sales environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Carmarthen
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence
