Key Responsibilities
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Promoting temporary labour solutions to industrial, food production, and agricultural businesses
Conducting sales calls, client visits, and networking activities
Managing and growing existing accounts
Negotiating rates and service agreements
Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth
Requirements
Previous experience in business development, recruitment, or sales is essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
