Partnership Recruiting are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the existing Internal Sales team at our clients manufacturing business in South Ayrshire.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the sales team you'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by:
Managing a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships and generating repeat business through proactive account management.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales across your customer base.
Working closely with colleagues across the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Keeping customer and market information up to date within the CRM system.
Liaising with the production team to ensure orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.
Providing outstanding customer service by resolving queries quickly and professionally.
What We Are Looking For
We are keen to hear from people who are:
Experienced in internal sales or account management (2+ years preferred).
Commercially minded with a passion for developing customer relationships and growing sales.
Self-motivated, positive, and driven to achieve results.
Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and building long-term partnerships.
Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage but isn't essential.
