Location: Fulwood, Preston PR2

Salary: Up to £32,500 depending on experience + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, 35 hours per week

Hybrid working: Available after a qualifying period

Are you an experienced B2B Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and spotting opportunities to grow accounts?

PSL Print Management is looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing the complete process from quotation and order processing through to delivery.

This is a varied role combining relationship management, commercial account development and day-to-day client support. You ll become a trusted point of contact for your customers, making sure they receive an excellent service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing accounts.

What you ll be doing

• Managing client accounts from quotation through to order processing and delivery
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Acting as the key point of contact for your accounts
• Identifying opportunities to develop and grow existing business
• Providing a responsive and high-quality customer experience
• Supporting revenue growth across your account portfolio
• Managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting eCommerce systems, marketplaces and sales channels
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently

What we re looking for

You ll be an organised and commercially aware Account Manager who takes pride in delivering a great service.

You ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in B2B account management
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• A proactive approach to developing and growing accounts
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• A confident, flexible and solutions-focused approach
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces or multiple sales channels
• A positive, customer-focused approach

Experience within print management or a related industry would be beneficial

What we offer

• Salary of up to £32,500 depending on experience
• Incentive scheme eligibility following successful completion of probation - worth up to £2,500 per annum.
