This is a sales-focused role. We're looking for someone confident, professional and ambitious who wants to build a career in recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What you can expect

As a Trainee IT Recruiter, you'll manage your own niche market and run the end-to-end recruitment process, networking with clients and IT professionals across your market.

To be successful

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, minimum 6 months
• Highly motivated and comfortable working under pressure
• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communicator, able to present to different stakeholders
