The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing outstanding healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive sales, networking and business development
• Build relationships with care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers and healthcare organisations
• Arrange and attend client meetings to secure new business opportunities
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
• Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates
• Advertise vacancies across leading recruitment platforms and social media
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota

About You

You'll be an ambitious recruiter with a passion for sales, relationship building and delivering exceptional service.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred but not essential)
• A proven track record of winning new business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Confidence working with senior decision-makers
• A resilient, target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
• A full UK driving licence
