Are you an experienced Technical Sales Manager with a background in HVAC, looking to join a growing business where you can combine technical expertise with business development and account management?

Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and providing technically tailored HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants and end users?

The company is a well-established refrigeration and air conditioning specialist, delivering installation, maintenance and service solutions across East Anglia and into the East Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing customer base, develop new business opportunities and provide expert technical support, with genuine progression towards a senior commercial leadership role.

The Role:

• Develop new business opportunities across the HVAC market
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular client engagement
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical specifications
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business
