Workspace Sales Executive Location: Central London Salary: £32,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-time Our client is a high-end established flexible workspace provider who are looking appoint a customer-focused 'Workspace Sales Executive'. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements and turning enquiries into successful bookings and long-term workspace solutions. You ll manage inbound enquiries relating to meeting rooms and virtual-office services, providing a responsive and consultative experience from the first conversation through to booking or contract completion. The role You will: -
Respond to inbound telephone and online sales enquiries promptly and professionally. -
Make outbound calls and follow up prospective customers to maximise every opportunity. -
Qualify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable workspace services. -
Convert enquiries into meeting-room bookings and virtual-office agreements. -
Promote additional services, including catering and other workspace solutions. -
Arrange viewings and coordinate appointments with local workspace teams. -
Prepare booking confirmations, proposals and relevant customer communications. -
Support proposal follow-up and contract negotiations. -
Develop positive relationships with customers, brokers and meeting-room agents. -
Manage meeting-room availability and viewing calendars. -
Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM. -
Ensure enquiries, activities and follow-up tasks are completed within agreed timeframes. -
Complete the required qualification and AML processes for virtual-office clients. -
Produce booking statistics and communicate relevant promotions when required. About you You will be positive, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of prospective customers. You will ideally have: -
Experience in an inbound sales, sales support or customer-service role. -
A confident and engaging telephone manner. -
The ability to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions. -
Strong follow-up skills and a genuine drive to convert enquiries. -
Excellent attention to detail. -
Good planning, organisation and diary-management skills. -
Confidence working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records. -
A professional, responsive and customer-focused approach. Experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices, coworking, hospitality, venues or meeting-room sales would be advantageous, but applications from other customer-focused sales environments are welcomed.
