| Description: | Field sales role with a global manufacturer of premium industrial lubricants Uncapped commission with top performers earning 100k+ Established territory with prestigious manufacturing customers Outstanding career progression, including international opportunities Area Sales Manager - South East The Role Join a global manufacturer selling premium industrial lubricants into sectors including aerospace, automotive, food & beverage, energy, glass, paper and steel. Covering southeast England, you'll inherit around 50 established accounts, spending approximately 60% of your time growing existing business and 40% developing new opportunities. Working closely with procurement and engineering teams, you'll demonstrate the value of high-performance solutions backed by first-class technical support. Requirements Proven technical sales experience within industrial manufacturing Ability to sell premium products based on value and return on investment Commercially driven with a strong desire to succeed Full UK driving licence The Package 45,000- 55,000 basic Uncapped annual OTE 30,000- 35,000 719 per month car allowance 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Discounted private medical cover and defined contribution pension.
