Duties of a Sales Manager:
Oversee and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and dealership targets
Manage daily sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices
Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements of a Sales Manager:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional within the motor trade or automotive sales environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Demonstrable track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Full UK driving licence
