Permanent & Temporary Construction Recruitment

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

TS Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an aspiring recruiter to join our team in Nottingham on a permanent basis. Due to continued growth, TSR are expanding the Nottingham office, with vacancies available across both the permanent and temporary divisions, based at Sherwood Business Park (NG15).

TSR are experts in construction recruitment, supporting developers and contractors nationwide with both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Our placements range from Trades and Labour to Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Director-level roles. We operate across multiple construction markets including New Build Housing, Main Contracting, Retail Fit Out, Scaffolding, Mechanical & Electrical, and Social Housing.

Comprehensive training and development will be provided in a supportive environment, with access to a brand-new back-office system and excellent facilities located just off Junction 27 of the M1. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proactive individual to start a rewarding career in recruitment.

The Role

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact to final placement
• Update and maintain CRM systems and activity levels
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new business opportunities

Remuneration

• Competitive salary (£24,000 - £26,000)
