Senior Sales Executive - £30,000-£42,000 DOE + bonus

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a growing business based in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast paced environment with experience working in Sales. The role will involve following up, making outbound calls generated from inbound enquiries via website, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

The ideal candidate will be driven, personable, and energetic, with a bubbly personality and a strong desire to succeed.

This opportunity will provide growth and development, with the opportunity to build a sales team around you for the right candidate.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

• Following up on inbound sale enquiries through different platforms
• Following up on potential customers - converting quotes
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions & updating the CRM
• Liaising across teams ensuring bookings are clear and accurate
• Obtain correct information to provide an accurate quotation for works
• Updating the CRM system with any client liaison including uploading quotes

To be considered for this role, you will need

• Strong drive for sales and passion for achieving results
• Experience meeting and exceed KPIs and Targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• GCSE's in Maths and English
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with email and CRM systems
