We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a growing business within the construction sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will spend your time engaging with customers face-to-face, building awareness of the brand and encouraging customers to visit local trade stores. Unlike a traditional account management position, you won't be tied to a fixed portfolio of customers. Instead, you'll play a key role in supporting trade stores across your region, identifying opportunities and helping to drive footfall, sales and overall regional performance.
