The Opportunity

Our client, a growing organisation within the health and wellbeing sector, is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Lead Conversion Specialist Inbound Sales Consultant to join their team on an initial temporary basis.

This is a newly created role due to business growth and offers the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. For the right individual, there is strong potential for the position to become permanent.

Working with warm inbound enquiries, you'll engage with prospective clients who are actively seeking support and guidance. Your role will be to build rapport, understand their needs, and guide them through the next steps of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound enquiries from prospective clients.
2. Conduct discovery conversations and qualify leads.
3. Build trust and develop strong customer relationships.
4. Clearly explain products, services, and the customer journey.
5. Convert enquiries into booked consultations or appointments.
6. Follow up leads in a timely and professional manner.
7. Consistently work towards conversion and performance targets.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

1. Previous experience in sales, lead conversion, telesales, or customer service.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A confident and professional telephone manner.
4. Strong relationship-building and closing abilities.
5. A proactive and self-motivated approach.
6. The ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Experience within healthcare, wellness, private medical, or consultative sales environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
