Package & Benefits
• Salary £32,000 per annum plus uncapped commission with OTE of £55,000+ per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• Contacting existing customers to promote a range of products and identify additional opportunities.
• Managing and converting sales leads while building long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring all activity complies with IR35 requirements and internal processes.
• Achieving agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

About You
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, or another target-driven sales environment.
• Proven experience of managing and converting sales pipelines.
• Knowledge of IR35 or compliance processes is advantageous but not essential.
