We're looking for an Ecommerce Account Executive to join a growing team within a busy ecommerce and fulfilment environment.

This is a varied role combining customer contact, account support and internal coordination. You'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day queries, making sure requests are picked up, communicated clearly and followed through with the right teams.

It's ideal for someone who enjoys building good customer relationships but also likes being behind the scenes, getting things organised and making sure everything runs smoothly.

The role of Ecommerce Account Executive will involve:

• Managing day-to-day customer queries and account requests.
• Coordinating with internal teams to make sure requirements are actioned.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
• Supporting the wider ecommerce and project teams when workloads increase.
• Keeping account information, reporting and documentation accurate.
• Monitoring quotations, costs and completed work where required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make things work better.
• Bringing customer feedback and insight back into the wider team.

The ideal candidate for the Ecommerce Account Executive will have:

• Organised, proactive and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, account support, customer service or operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A practical, solution-focused mindset.
• Confidence working with processes, data and account information.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
