Our client based in Canvey Island is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with experience of both warm and cold calling and have excellent communication and customer service skills alongside a self-motivated, proactive approach.
The Inside Sales Executive role involves -
Handling inbound calls and making out-bound calls to new and existing customers, advising on products most suited to their needs whilst working to targets.
Following up on customer leads and qualifying prospects.
Responding to customer email enquiries regarding products.
Preparing quotes, processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Promoting campaigns and package deals.
Liaison with the Customer Care team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
Providing after sales support for customers.
What you will need: -
Previous experience in a B2B telephone-based product sales role and the ability to close deals and work toward sales targets.
Lead generation skills, prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building sales pipeline.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
Experience of MS Office and CRM systems and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to manage your time independently whilst adapting to changing priorities.
A pro-active, confident and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work as part of a team.

The working hours for this role are 9.10am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
