We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Handler to support our Account Executives with the day-to-day management of client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in B2B account management, with a clear pathway into an Account Executive role.

You will play a key part in delivering high-quality service across:

• Renewals.

• New business quoting.

• Underwriting support.

• General administration.

• Day-to-day client relationship management.

• Ensuring excellent client outcomes.

Essential

• Experience in a client-facing or account handling/sales role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.

• Demonstrable ambition and desire to progress within the business.

Desirable

• Minimum 2 years' retail or account management experience.

• Experience supporting Account Executives or handling client portfolios.

Candidates will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong sales ability, relationship management, and account handling skills.
