We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and ambitious Senior Negotiator to join their successful and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop their skills and take on additional responsibility within a dynamic and forward-thinking business.

The Role

As a Senior Negotiator, you will play an important role in delivering excellent results for vendors and buyers, while also providing support to the Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating property sales and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
• Supporting the sales progression process from offer through to completion
• Visiting properties, vendors and clients as required
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day responsibilities
• Taking ownership of additional tasks and responsibilities within the team
• Contributing to a positive, ambitious and high-performing working environment

About You

We are looking for an experienced estate agent with a proven track record within residential property sales.

You will ideally have:

• A minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• The confidence to take on additional responsibility
• A positive, motivated and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for estate agency and delivering excellent customer service
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

This position would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator who is ready to progress their career, increase their earning potential and take on greater responsibility.
