Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to join an established estate agency operating across the local residential property market, supporting clients with property sales and related services.

As a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant, you will be managing property sales from the branch, working directly with clients, conducting viewings and negotiating agreed sales.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £25,000, OTE £40,000 and benefits. Candidates should live within approximately a 30-minute commute of the office.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Estate Agency Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Prior experience working within an estate agency
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Competent IT skills
• A professional and presentable approach

Shift:

• 5-day working week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Every second Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm
• A day in lieu is provided for Saturday work
