Sales Manager

As the sales manager, you will take full responsibility for running the sales department. This is a key appointment for the business and requires a motivated, commercially-minded individual who can lead, manage, and grow the sales operation, while maintaining the company's commitment to exceptional client service.

Personal specification:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience within residential sales, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity
• Possess detailed knowledge of the central/prime London market
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills
• Have proven success in business development
• Be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously in a small but dynamic team
• Display outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a polished and professional manner.

The salary on offer for this sales management role will include a generous basic of £50,000 to £60,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn upwards of £100,000!

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. NO WEEKENDS
