We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager to join an established and highly regarded property business on the East Norfolk Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious estate agent to work closely with an experienced Director and wider team, helping to drive sales, maximise opportunities and contribute to the continued growth and success of the office.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager, you will:

• Support the day-to-day running and performance of the office
• Work closely with the Director and wider team to maximise sales opportunities
• Manage and progress the office sales pipeline
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
• Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Assist with generating and progressing new business
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Help drive the office towards its sales and exchange targets
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Play an active role in the continued growth and success of the office

Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager requirements:

• Proven track record within residential estate agency
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Confident, professional and commercially minded approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Genuine ambition to progress within the property industry
• Full UK driving licence
