1+ years property sales experience required

The ideal Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 12 months experience. The Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.
Senior Sales Negotiator:
1 years Property Sales experience
Passion for selling houses
Chance to work for a market leading agent
Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
Carry out viewings of properties
Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
Must have your own car
