Job Title: Sales Negotiator (part-time)

Location: Great Barr, West Midlands

Basic Salary: £20,000 (pro rata)

OTE: £25,000 (pro rata)

Hours: Part-time - Monday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

A successful, market-leading, multi-branch estate agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join its established team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional looking for a part-time position within a busy and successful branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors
• Following up new leads and enquiries
• Working closely with the wider branch team to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting the branch with day-to-day sales activity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident dealing with buyers and vendors
• Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Driven, motivated and target-focused
• Professional and personable approach

What's on Offer:

• £20,000 salary (pro rata)
