Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth
Hours: Monday Thursday 8am 5pm Friday 8am 2pm

Tru Talent are an independent, recruitment agency based in Westbourne. We re a fun, vibrant team who work hard, have a laugh and genuinely care about the people we work with.

We re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our experienced team and work alongside our Automotive division.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Building and nurturing candidate and client relationships.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Conducting candidate interviews and screening.
• Creating engaging job adverts.
• Account managing existing clients and developing new business.
• Managing your own desk and workload.

• Previous recruitment, sales, account management or similar experience.
• Someone confident, driven and resilient.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working autonomously.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour!

Recruitment experience is preferred, but personality, attitude and ambition matter just as much. Full training and support will be provided.
