You can sell cars. But have you got the stock and customer enquiries to earn what you re capable of?

We re recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive for an established, growing dealership in Slough. With a high-footfall site, consistent stock supply and a supportive sales team, there s a strong opportunity to put your experience to work.

And with no Sunday working, you ll have one fixed day each week to make plans outside the showroom.

How the salary works

The starting basic is £21,000 or £24,000, depending on the agreed vehicle sales target. Higher basic salaries come with higher targets.

Your basic is reviewed every six months and can increase or decrease according to sales performance, with scope to reach £27,000.

This structure can be discussed with you at interview.

The role

You ll manage the sale from first enquiry through to handover understanding what the customer needs, arranging viewings and test drives, negotiating deals and keeping things moving.

Prompt follow-up, accurate customer records and building repeat business will be just as important as closing the sale.

What you ll need

• Previous motor trade sales experience.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Confidence handling enquiries in person, over the phone and online.

• The organisation to manage your pipeline and follow up consistently.

• A professional, customer-focused approach and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

Your working week

Monday to Saturday, 8:30am 6:00pm, with one day off during the week and no Sundays.
