| Description: | Sales / Business Development Manager Location: Field based/Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office Salary: Up to £75,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits The Company My client is a specialist lender providing fast, flexible bridging finance solutions to brokers and borrowers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, strengthen broker relationships, and support the expansion of their lending portfolio. The Role As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new lending opportunities through your existing broker network, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing presence within the specialist property finance market. You will work closely with introducers, intermediaries and professional contacts to identify lending opportunities across a range of borrower profiles, including High Net Worth individuals, foreign nationals and UK property developers. The successful candidate will bring an established network of active brokers, a demonstrable track record within bridging finance sales, and the ability to consistently deliver lending growth.
