Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Used Car Sales Manager or General Sales Manager looking to lead an experienced team and drive the continued success of a busy used car operation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be joining a strong, established team of approximately 10-14 people, with current used car sales volumes of around 70-80 vehicles per month and an ambitious target of approximately 100 per month in 2027.

This role is suited to a proven manager who can drive performance, develop their team and maximise profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

THE PACKAGE

• £40,000 basic salary.
• £90,000 uncapped OTE.
• Company car.

THE ROLE

• Lead and motivate an established used car sales team.
• Drive sales volume and departmental profitability.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Support ambitious growth plans and improve overall departmental performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Currently working as a Used Car Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.
• Proven experience managing a used car sales operation.
• A strong track record of delivering sales targets and maximising profitability.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to drive performance and growth.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
