Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus circa £15,000 £20,000

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Leak Detection Equipment will involve:

• Technical Specification Sales Manager position promoting a range of water leak detection systems & equipment
• All of your time will be spent generating specifications with M&E consultants, consulting engineers, building services engineers, architects, specifiers and end-users such as; Buro Happold, Chapman BDSP, Arup and Cundall
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle
• Conduct CPD seminars
• Turnover target tbc depending on experience

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager Leak Detection Equipment with:

• Must have technical related product experience in the M&E, building services, HVAC or plumbing & heating sectors
• Ideally from a building management systems background (BMS)
• Must have specification sales experience selling to the likes of; M&E consultants, consulting engineers, building services engineers, architects and specifiers
• Must have the technical knowledge to understand new product ranges
