You'll become a key part of the sales function, helping to create new business opportunities by engaging with prospective customers across the UK and Ireland.

This isn't a hard-selling environment. Instead, you'll take a consultative approach, building relationships, understanding business challenges and identifying where solutions could add value. You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of industries, technologies and commercial processes.

Day-to-day of a Business Development Representative:

• Speaking with prospective customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Building relationships with decision-makers
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
• Booking meetings for the external sales team
• Managing activity through CRM systems
• Working towards achievable targets in a supportive environment

You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, is naturally curious and isn't afraid of picking up the phone.

You'll likely have experience in:

• Business Development
• Sales Development (SDR/BDR)
• Lead Generation
• Telesales
• Internal Sales
• Customer-facing commercial roles
