The Role:

This is a hunter role focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities across the enterprise security market. You'll be selling cutting-edge security solutions including:

• Genetec Security Center and unified security platforms
• CCURE access control systems
• Lenel OnGuard enterprise solutions
• Integrated security management systems for corporate, commercial, and critical infrastructure clients

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in B2B sales within the security systems sector
• Experience selling enterprise-level security solutions (Genetec, CCURE, Lenel, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of access control, video management, or integrated security systems
• Demonstrated success in new business development and hitting/exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with a consultative approach
• Full UK driving licence
