We are hiring at Perfect Personnel for someone looking to get into recruitment or already in it and looking for a new opportunity.
The role is based at our head office in Redditch ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the fast paced recruitment environment.
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM - 16:30PM
Friday: 9:00AM - 16:00PM
Every other Friday off
Role Overview
Managing and building a desk
Sales calls, door knocking, emails etc.
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates into temporary or permanent roles
Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment process.
