This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Partner and take ownership of client relationships across the D365 ecosystem - spanning ERP, CE, and the wider Microsoft Stack. You'll be the trusted advisor to your clients, helping them drive productivity, efficiency, and digital transformation through tailored D365 solutions and managed services.
Responsibilities:
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients
Driving new business opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem
Owning the full sales cycle - from pre-sales collaboration through to negotiation and close
Partnering with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Maintaining deep product knowledge across D365 ERP, CE, and related technologies
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ year's experience in Dynamics 365 sales, account management, or business development
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Microsoft Partner Channel
Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and commercial applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing clients from SMEs to global enterprises
