You ll be the resilient strength behind a buzzing sales office - planning marketing campaigns, managing your team like a pro, and making sure every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you ll own every step of the journey, making sure it s smooth, memorable and above all, enjoyable.

To be successful in this role, you must be prepared to work during peak times, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What you will be doing

• Spearhead and inspire your team to exceed targets and make customers feel amazing every step of the way.
• Plan creative marketing campaigns and keep on top of seasonal trends, contributing to strategic plans for shows and events.
• Answer questions, show people around, offer funding options, and make sure handovers and after-sales care are outstanding.
• Use sales stats to find what s working (and what s not) to help the team keep smashing it.
• Manage stock, marketing, and the day-to-day stuff to keep things running smoothly.
• Stay safe and help keep everyone - customers, team, and visitors - happy and protected.
