The Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to generate new client relationships and manage existing accounts across multiple recruitment sectors. This is a fully remote position, requiring only a laptop, telephone, and strong self-motivation. The successful candidate will be confident in B2B cold calling, relationship building, and winning new recruitment business. Key Responsibilities • Identify and win new recruitment clients through B2B cold calling and outreach • Build, manage, and mature long-term client relationships • Promote recruitment services across multiple sectors • Arrange client meetings, qualify hiring needs, and secure job vacancies • Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate delivery and placements • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipelines, and client communications • Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or business development • Strong cold calling confidence and objection-handling ability • Track record of winning new business and managing client accounts • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Access to a reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection Package & Benefits • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • On-Target Earnings: £30,000 £40,000+ • Fully remote working with flexible structure • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding recruitment business • Clear progression into Senior BD / Account Management leadership roles Ideal Candidate This role suits a seasoned cold caller or experienced recruitment sales professional who thrives on winning business, building relationships, and earning commission in a flexible remote environment.
