The role will involve:

• Act as a liaison between property owners and potential buyers
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
• Negotiate sales terms and prepare contracts
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
• Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
• Viewing properties & negotiating offers
• Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
• A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
• Successful hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Well-presented and excellent communicators
• Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong management skills
• Have a strong work ethic
• Have a competitive desire to succeed

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
