Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:30am - 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)About the RoleWe are recruiting for a high-performing Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency. This role is suited to a true A-player someone who is driven, competitive, commercially aware and thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment.You will manage the sales process from valuation through to completion, delivering outstanding service to vendors and buyers while consistently hitting and exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities
Generate and negotiate property sales from instruction to completion.
Conduct property viewings and follow up applicants effectively.
Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing expert advice throughout the sales journey.
Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and branch targets.
Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
Ensure exceptional customer service and professional standards at all times.

A proven Sales Negotiator with a strong track record of results.
Confident, persuasive and commercially minded.
