So, what will you be doing?
Managing and strengthening relationships with scheme insurers and partners
Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness
Working collaboratively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams
Leading service and operational improvement initiatives
Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity
Producing analysis, reporting and recommendations on partner performance
Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer terms of business
