We are seeking a proactive and driven Internal Sales Executive for a 9month FTC to Perm role based in Birmingham.
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently communicate with international clients. Your language skills will play a key role in supporting our European customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, nurture and grow relationships with existing customers
Handle inbound enquiries and order queries
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth end to end service
Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates
Maintain CRM records and support account management activity
Communicate confidently in French or Spanish with international clients
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
Fluent in French or Spanish (both a strong advantage)
Strong customer service or account management background
Confident communicator with a professional, customer first approach
Solid IT and systems skills; comfortable using CRM and order processing tools
Experience in order processing, admin, and email communication
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive, driven individual who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results
