We're passionate about quality, personality, and doing things differently - and now we're looking for an energetic Telesales Agent to help us grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

The Role

As a Telesales Agent, you'll be the voice of Black Sheep Brewery, speaking with customers daily, generating sales opportunities, promoting our products, and delivering outstanding service.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
• Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
• Promoting new products, seasonal releases, and promotions
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities
• Working closely with the sales and operations teams
• Helping customers choose the right products for their venues

What We're Looking For

• Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
• A confident and professional phone manner
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for great customer service
• Interest in beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is a bonus
