We are looking for a motivated, confident, and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive / Student Recruiter to help grow our student recruitment network, increase brand awareness, and generate quality student leads across the UK. Key Responsibilities- Promote the company's education and recruitment services
- Find and recruit prospective students for UK universities and colleges
- Support UK students with enrolment onto degree courses
- Generate student and business leads through online and offline marketing
- Carry out leaflet distribution and promotional activities in different cities across the UK
- Attend education fairs, events, meetings, and marketing activities as required by the company
- Manage and grow company social media platforms
- Create engaging marketing content, videos, and advertisements
- Run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google advertising campaigns
- Communicate with prospective students and provide guidance regarding admissions
- Build relationships with students and education partners
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process
- Monitor marketing performance and analytics
Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or student recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Canva preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience within education, recruitment, or sales industry preferred
- Full UK work rights
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Must be flexible and willing to travel and work according to company requirements where necessary
- Degree qualification preferred but not essential
