We are seeking an experienced and driven Direct Sales Manager to lead international and domestic student recruitment, with a strong focus on converting leads and applications for our OnCampus centres. This role will manage a global Direct Sales team and play a key part in shaping recruitment strategy, improving conversion rates, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global Direct Sales team to deliver annual recruitment targets.
Drive conversion of enquiries, applications, and walk-ins through effective follow-up and consultative sales calls.
Work closely with Marketing to design and run recruitment campaigns across digital platforms.
Create and manage sales dashboards, reporting, and analytics to monitor performance.
Support the setup and maintenance of Lead Nurturing Marketing journeys, Segments, and Lead Scoring models with Marketing.
