Location: Purley Area (CR8)

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus guaranteed additional earnings for the first three months

Realistic OTE: £50,000 Uncapped

Car Allowance: £3,000 or company vehicle

Working Pattern: 5 days per week

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established estate agency in the Purley area. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious property professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role within a successful sales operation.

As Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing estate agency experience, develop new business and contribute to the continued success of the branch.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play an important role in generating new business, supporting customers throughout their property journey and helping the branch achieve its sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on the local market
• Presenting properties effectively and working towards achieving the best possible sale price
• Managing sales enquiries and guiding buyers through the sales process
• Developing strong relationships with clients, buyers and property professionals
• Building connections with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other industry contacts
• Identifying opportunities to generate new instructions and additional business
• Working closely with the Branch Manager to support the wider team
• Contributing to the motivation and development of colleagues

About You

We're looking for an experienced estate agent with a strong background in residential property sales who is commercially minded, ambitious and ready to progress.

The ideal Sales Manager will have:

• A strong track record in residential property sales
• Experience converting valuations into successful instructions and sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, proactive and self-motivated approach
• The ability to perform well in a busy and target-driven environment
